Barbara is responsible for product Launches for the entire Celgene product portfolio for all International Markets. This means accountability for successful, timely completion of all operational activities for launches of commercial products to new markets including accountability for implementing changes/variations to in-market products, for the same portfolio and geographic scope. Barbara also leads and is developing the Product Lifecycle concept for Celgene’s products worldwide and supply chain process improvement initiatives.
