Barbara is responsible for the supply of an orphan drug to patients affected by a rare disease. She develops and implements tailored distribution solutions for pre-licence and regular commercial sales in Europe and ROW and manages all supply related activities – in collaboration with a network of contract manufacturing and distribution services providers. Barbara harnesses almost thirty years of work experience at Roche and small specialty pharma companies.
