Erika, is currently senior manager for the Network Solutions and Excellence - a Center of Excellence to design solutions for new products and businesses, and divestitures, operating models and channel strategies, market access & customer reach optimization and local and regional logistics network strategies. Erika started her career in 2006 at Procter & Gamble as Market Planning Manager. She then spent some time as Research Fellow at the Institute for Transport and Maritime Management in Antwerp, Belgium. Next she moved to consultancy, with main experiences in the pharma and chemical sectors, primarily focusing on supply chain optimization and performance improvement projects. In that role she supported Pfizer from January 2013 onwards, finally moving back to the industry in November 2015.
