Fabrice has over 18 years’ experience in Supply Chain management in high tech and pharmaceutical industries. He has been responsible for the implementation of contract manufacturing program, logistic efficiency improvements and global customer management center. His fields of expertise include Project management, Order To Cash, Warehousing, Transportation & logistics, Cold Chain, SAP Deployment and Trade management. Fabrice joined Merck in 2010 as head of Global Customer Service for Biotech products, and through the years, he had the opportunity to constantly grow his scope of responsibilities being responsible of Biotech logistics operations, of Order Management for Intercontinental markets (GCC&NE, SAUDI, Africa, CIS, …) and taking over Pharma logistics operations. He is now heading the Global Warehousing & Distribution for Biopharma.
