Harry Cole

Harry’s career in supply chain started with a global food manufacturing company, followed by a number of appointments in retailing and ecommerce before ‘crossing the table’ and taking a leadership role in a 3PL organisation.

Joining DHL Supply Chain in 2004, Harry was first responsible for business development and key accounts within the EMEA Consumer and Retail sector, where he also took the lead for winning major transformational deals.

In 2012, the business recognised the need to focus more on existing customers and so Customer4Life was born. This global program aims to drive significant improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty levels by maximising the value delivered from relationships between DSC and its customers, while improving contract retention and accelerated organic growth.

Measured from any angle - customer or internal, Customer4Life is making a big difference and is now recognised as the platform on which to achieve a key strategic objective – to become the most customer centric business in the 3PL industry.
