Heiske heads up the introduction of new Amgen medical products in Europe for Operations including supply chain design and implementation, SKU strategy, launch/ drug in channel strategy, manufacturing, logistics & distribution, customer support and life cycle management. Heiske focuses on problem solving and execution to implement new strategies and ensure new products reach the market quickly and efficiently.
Els is accountable for new product introduction, product life cycle management and product supply planning for the EEMEA region. In her role, Els is currently investigating how differentiation between customer requirements can help optimise supply chain for the customer, with a focus on how the market is built to define her supply chain strategies.
