Jan oversees the overall supply chain management within the European Technology division of Astellas, including planning and inventory management, logistics and distribution, contract manufacturing supplies, procurement of direct materials, artwork and master data management. Jan has also developed highly successful strategies in developing new manufacturing facilities, ERP (SAP) implementations, merger and plant divestments, outsourcing of manufacturing activities and contract manufacturing in Russia.
