Jan Debaere is Director at PwC in Belgium, where he has the responsibility for the Pharma & Life Sciences Supply Chain practice. He has 18+ years of experience in supply chain management, both from within the industry as well as in consulting. His main focus is in integrated Demand and Supply Chain Planning and S&OP, Operating Models, Process Design and Advanced Planning Systems. In this role, he leads programs in (1) Supply Chain process assessments, visioning and concept development, (2) Design and implementation of Supply Chain processes/systems, (3) Process and Organization design projects, and (4) Change Management Programs
