In the role of Vice President, Head of Cargo Janne Tarvainen is responsible for Finnair Cargo that is following Finnair Group’s Asia strategy and specialized in air cargo traffic between Europe and Asia.

Janne joined Finnair in 1994 and he is an airline industry professional with wide competencies and more than 20 years of experience in various management and senior level positions (e.g. Vice President, Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering and Head of Operations Control Center) prior to his current role at Finnair.

Janne holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Lappeenranta University of Technology
