Karine Javelle

Karine’s main goal through her role is to develop global supply chain operations, standardise practices and develop visual management, dashboards and SOPs. Karine has identified the importance of focusing on improving service and financial inefficiencies in infrastructure and transport (OS, flows Optimization, Distribution opportunities) and applies this in Network Optimisation studies in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Karine is also involved in the Gambro integration team to ensure identified optimization projects are properly scoped and executed.
