Corina leads a team of 150 and also oversees the regional management for all internal and external logistics activities across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. She recently has worked closely with site, regional and headquarters cross-functional teams to implement a global distribution strategy, recognizing the evolution of Bristol Myers Squibb portfolio towards the biopharma space.

Corina has relocated to Paris after 14 years abroad, holding site, regional and global Supply Chain roles in the USA and Italy providing her with a global culture-sensitive mindset in the pharma/biopharma industry. She is viewed as a leading pioneer in developing and motivating high performing teams, therefore best placing her to discuss supply chain talent management. Corina‘s key areas of responsibility are Change and Talent Management. Recently she has pioneered an extremely successful HR Transformation in a multinational global environment – ensuring global requirements were successfully translated into local needs. Corina has a wealth of knowledge in supply chain talent development, best placing her to lead a session on nurturing rising stars.
