Richard is responsible for MSD's supply allocation system in Europe, the first such system in pharma. Richard is viewed as a leading pioneer in the ‘Route to Customer’ initiative, where he successfully completed projects to create efficiencies in the end-to-end supply chain. Richard has also identified the important of partnering with wholesalers to develop revenue-enhancing services capitalizing on the strengths of wholesalers in the trade channel.
