Steve’s pharmaceutical career has spanned 27 years, beginning with a wide variety of roles within the NHS in procurement, buying products from catering supplies to pharmaceuticals. He joined UniChem (now Alliance Healthcare (Distribution) Limited) in 1998 where he was a senior manager within our medical distribution business, in 2004 he spent 3 years managing the Hospital and Dispensing Doctor business, making him an expert in this channel.

In 2007 Steve was appointed Head of Supplier Relations, a brand new area of the business that was formed to support the evolving trend of new supplier models (agency and reduced wholesale), by cultivating relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Within 2 years, the team had expanded and Steve was appointed Director of Manufacturer Services in 2009. The team is currently responsible for negotiating new supply chain contracts, providing Key Account Management and the provision of new value-adding services.

Steve is now a board member responsible for all our Client relations and Skills in Healthcare (Contracts sales and training team)

Manfred is directly responsible for orchestrating and overseeing technical transfer projects of Roche worldwide. Within his role, Manfred manages the 30 licensee partnerships and 10 product divestment partners worldwide. Manfred oversees the integration of acquired businesses as well as business and brand divestitures, where his vast experience in negotiating, establishing and managing the technical side of licensee relationships ensures a smooth and efficient transition.
